I had a breakfast date with my most favorite almost-2-year-old today.  He ate cereal big-boy style (with milk) and we had the best time just chatting about trains, how daddy stretches before he runs, and how we use a spoon and not our hands to eat cereal and milk.

Quinn and I have a standing breakfast date for the next 7 days but our dining venue will have views of the beach.  I’ve decided not to take my laptop so I will truly be on vacation.  We’ll be back next weekend with tons of pictures.  Keep your fingers crossed that Quinn gets over his fear of sand!
